Cat Ba Island in Halong Bay

After the beautiful and freezing 2 day boat trip around Halong Bay, I decided [for whatever strange reason - must have something to do with the Lonely Planet suggestion.....out of season] to stay around the Cat Ba island for a couple days and to visit the Lan Ha Bay [which is supposed to be even more stunning than Halong].
